Vredestein has launched its new Traxion 70 series – delivering more hours and increased traction for tractors between 70 and 200 hp.
The updated Vredestein Traxion tractor tyre 70-series is available in 15 sizes – offering the complete range from 16 to 42 inches. All 25 tyres are available for the aftermarket and various tractor brands are offering them factory fitted.
Traxion 70 is Vredestein’s development of the popular Traxion+ tyre which was redesigned using the latest technology and expert design and technical knowledge.
Wear resistance, which is a key feature of the Traxion+, has been evolved further in the Vredestein Traxion 70. Benefits that have comprehensively proven themselves in the field, such as long life, comfort and traction, have all been retained in the new tyre.
The new Vredestein Traxion 70 features the Traxion concept of curved lugs and a large contact area in the middle of the tread. Together with the unique compound, this results in a longer lifespan than that of premium competitors. Additionally, Vredestein’s renowned curved lug is almost perpendicular to the direction of travel, giving the Traxion 70 an impressive pulling power. As the distance from the centre to the side between the lugs increases, the tyre’s self-cleaning ability is outstanding, especially on heavy soils. This ensures that the tyre retains traction while reducing the amount of mud left behind on the road.
